May 1st marked Decision Day, and Del Norte High is proud to celebrate all post-graduation plans—from college to careers, trades, and military service. Of seniors surveyed, 77% plan to continue their education, with many pursuing healthcare and trades, while others head into the workforce or serve our country. Wherever they’re going, the Class of 2025 is ready to make an impact!

"May 1st is known across the country as Decision Day, which is the traditional deadline for students to commit to a four-year college or university by submitting their Statement of Intent to Register.

At Del Norte High, we wanted to celebrate all post-high school paths, whether that be heading to college, starting a career, learning a trade, or serving our country.

Of the seniors who completed the senior survey (66% of the class), 77% are heading off to continue their education after graduation! 26 of those students are planning to study majors in the medical field, including nursing, phlebotomy, and kinesiology - our future healthcare heroes in the making. 23 seniors are jumping into trade programs, gaining valuable skills for high-demand careers. 8 brave seniors have chosen to serve our country by enlisting in the military. And 17 seniors are diving straight into the workforce, taking on local opportunities here in Crescent City in areas like the pool and Home Depot.

No matter where they're headed next, we're beyond proud of the Class of 2025 and the futures they're building!"
