DNHS Speech Club members earned top honors at a Sacramento tournament! Click to learn more.
Two Del Norte High Speech Club members earned first-place honors Saturday at a tournament held at St. Francis High School in Sacramento.
Bria Larson earned a title in the varsity original advocacy division, while Melody Brennan was first in the novice original advocacy competition. Brennan was also named the most valuable speaker from Del Norte High. Sophia Ramirez missed the finals but competed well.
The club wishes to thank Elk Valley Rancheria for its support, and Jennifer Larson for driving the team.
