DNHS transcripts can be requested by submitting an Official Transcript Request Form to the Registrar, dnhsregistrar@delnorte.k12.ca.us, or in the Counseling Office.

To request a counseling appointment, please email dnhs.counseling@delnorte.k12.ca.us. You can also stop by the Counseling Office to complete an appointment request form.
